“Restaurant and bar operators are always looking for new solutions for preserving the quality and flavour of their product. Bag-in-box beverages stay fresh weeks after opening, while reducing costs related to packaging, shipping and storing,” said Peter Wright, Market Segment Director, Residential and Specialty at Xylem. And he added: “Our BevJet 5000 Series offers a superior taste experience, and saves valuable counter space at the same time.”
The Flojet BevJet5000 can be retrofitted into existing operations, ensuring easy conversion to a bag-in-box beverage system. A built-in shutoff automatically turns the pump off when a beverage bag is empty, and restarts when a full bag is connected. Additional benefits of the BevJet5000 include a quick disconnect port to replace the hose in seconds for reduced downtime, the ability to run dry without damage and self-priming capabilities.
Flojet, a Xylem brand, and an industry leader in beverage dispense, offers a full range of customizable beverage technologies for applications like beer and soft drink chilling, carbonation, remote bottled water systems and the dispensing of coffee and tea, including solutions for water supply, filtration and water boosting.
The Flojet BevJet 5000 will be on display at Xylem’s booth (6-131), during the 2016 BrauBeviale exhibition in Nuremberg, Germany (November 8-10, 2016), along with many other Xylem solutions for the beverage industry.
